18:39 with number *** I received phone call from rude, unprofessional, selfish person form Nedbank telling me that when will pay the personal loan amount that I have missed this month? I tried explaining to her that is not the right time since I have received news that my brother just passed on, she didn't even what to listen she just dropped the phone without even response from her. I don't know if that how Nedbank staff treat their customers.
