16 year relationship gone sour

My mother has successfully paid of her pond. Now that the house has to be transferred to her name the bank has chosen transfer attorneys from venda while she lives in lebowakgomo. The 2 places are over 150k's from each other. My mother is 55 and can't make such a long trip alone. The bank says if my mom wants to use attorneys closer to home then she has to pay all the fees. It's going to cost her over ten thousand rand because some one from the bank chose attorneys so far away. They have our home address. They know where we live. Why choose attorneys in venda? And after realising their error they want us to pay for the mistake they made. I have never been so furious with a banking institution. And nobody seems to want to help. All they want is for one to pay. I was lucky to have never even looked at nedbank for my home loan. Their attitude is completely disgusting. They want a woman 5 years from being a pensioner to travel all that way or pay 10 thousand rands. It's disgusting how they take advantage of people. Meanwhile they are still deducting money and we gave to reverse it every month. THE BOND IS PAYED OFF. Why are you still deducting? I will never recommend this to anyone!
