I'm a client at Nedbank and Nedbank did a mandate debit order without my permission, I used my airtime calling them to fix and cancel, they told me I must pay 75rand , am I the one who approved that mandate, im not going to pay hence I didn't approved anything, why was i not contacted by my bank before approving, please fix or im changing banks as I don't to gamble with money, you charging for everything I can't take it anymore as this was your doing.

02 Dec 2025, 09:58Nedbank chargers for everything, I don't print out my receipt anymore because im being charged for it, I don't chat with them when in need of help because I waa charged 90rand so that I would be help ngapha ama service fee akhona hai shame im disappointed now I need them to cancel a debit order they made without informing me as their client or ask for my approval and they telling me that I need to pay a once off fee I guess you are working with ****mers I don't recommend Nedbank anymore
