I visited the Cape Gate Mall branch a few times with my elderly father to assist him with his account. I am truly uphauled by the lack of friendliness or customer service. I took my accounts to another bank in 2013 already and the recent interaction with the staff at this branch just made me realize I was not wrong by doing so. If I could give then a zero rating I would. Due to a staff member making mistakes, my father now has to pay money into an account to get it closed up. Wort service I have seen in a very long time.
