12 Years later - Nedbank is a joke!!!

After 12 years and 10 Years of being under Administration, paying off through an administrator, I am still liable for a balance? 10 YEARS!!!!!! THIS IS A JOKE? I am stunned to see how many people have had debt just written off but here I am paying R1700 per month for 10 long yeara of my life..... Losing my job, my house, my car everything and then still being held liable for R1003 after 10 years. Honestly shocked
