12 year old debt, that nedbank has not written off.

I was trying to take out a consolidated loan to pay off my debt. However, my debt with nedbank( a credit and garage card(debt is 12 years onld and i could not pay this when i was let go from my job) is pulling though as a single installment and hence making my installments seem more then my income.

How can we rectify this.

since nedbank has not written off this 12 year old debt i will need to pay it, but how can i settle it if you have it listed as a single installment.

So what can we do to make this total not show as a single installment.

is there something i can sign to make a 600 installment, and then this comes up as a R 600 installment and not a R 20 000 installment? the guy i spoke to last time was no help at all, Clinton Govender, i requested a settle ment discount(ie s**** the interest) but he was not willing to listen(does he earn commission).
