10 YEARS WITH NO ACTION

I have been struggling with Nedbank for the last two hours on the 19 November 2019, The Loan Legal Department have transferred me to one department to another and now i have been struggling to get hold of Legal Department at Head Office. The fact that its such a struggle to get trough to them explain way they have made no attempt whatsoever over a period of 10 years to get hold of me to collect. or that it appears on my credit record.
