10 days and waiting for bank statement

Nedbank are unable to send me a bank statement request since the 28th May 2021. Today is 10 business days later and after a number of calls to them they still can't get me the statement. This is worst service I have had from nedbank. I'm extremely disappointed after I really enjoyed banking here.
