1 Year and still not FICA'd!!!

My account has been locked for 1 year (along with my money) awaiting for it FICA'd!<br> <br> I have submitted the relevant documents numerous times and made over 20 trips to the bank and made even more calls which proved useless. Everytime I've been told that the FICA department don't know what they're doing and it's their fault.<br> <br> I haven't been able to make a single purchase with my money for over a year, but yet they still take the banking fees! I want all my banking charges refunded for the 1 year period because this is an internal management problem and has nothing to do with me, the client. I want all my money with bank charges for the one year period, my account has been wrongfully locked. And I'm not prepared to resend anymore documents! <br> <br> If you are not willing to do this I will go to the newspapers and social media and expose the wrong you've done to me.
