1 hr wait to collect a card

<p>Nedbank Eastgate. Nothing changes at this branch. Always slow. Always so shockingly slow.</p> <p>How is it possible that it takes a client 1 hr waiting to collect a card.</p> <p>Don't u have a system set up that doesn't aggravate clients?</p>
