1% CASH BACK NOT RECEIVED.

I received a Homeloan from Nedbank and it was registered on 24 November 2021. They promised me a 1% cash back once the house is registered and I move my salary to them. I was told that that I would be paid within 45 days after registration and to date I’m being given the run around. It has now been over 50 days and the Nedbank consultant is not doing anything to ensure that I get my money.
