I'm so disappointed with nedbank, actually I've never had an account with nedbank and nedbank is claiming I have a credit card that was opened with my name and they can't even supply me with information ,when and where was the account opened ?

This is so frustrating because now I have to go to open a case and do affidavit for something I don't know anything about.
