truly disappointing to have to deal with this, I have a loan on an agreed debit order date, and yet you now have decided to go debit loan on a random date, telling me its system thing, yet I have not even received an SMM telling me about changing dates I don't know why you would choose to debit my loan today of all days when all the 15 years iv banked with you guys nothing has gone off on the 20th, but because you have access to my account you do as you want, change things as you will, talk about "ways to lose a customer" . and now you telling me reversing the charge will not only cause my score to be ruined but it will take 3 working days o for the money to reflect, how very convenient, how very convenient.
