June 29 2025 I sent R3000 to my landlord who uses a Nedbank account. I used the payshap option but my land lord did not get the money. I made the transaction using Standard bank and my bank was exceptional in helping me locate the payment, they confirmed it was sent and also provided me with the transaction Id, Nedbank on the other hand did not help me with this matter even after i went to the branch with the account holder. I had all the proof including the transaction ID. I wrote emails, i called their customer service and 7 months later my query is still not resolved. I would really appreciate it if you could prioritize my query and help me out because R3000 is a lot of money.
