0% customer services

I have sent Nedbank email 3 weeks ago not one email but 4 regarding my personal loan but they are not getting back to me even forwarder email to Dorothy S who is their complaint officer asking her to please forward email to the correct person as I’m not getting any joy on the provided email cz they not replying till today no feed back emails were sent from the 1st of February till today no feedback.
