the nedbank branch in dobsonville mall is very poor in customer service. Today I got to the bank 10:20 in the morning and I got helped 12:30. we don't even know what time are they suppose start working. because an hour after I've arrived the sbv truck arrived and 30minutes if not 45minutes waiting for them to finish loading the money in the bank the truck left. then we asked what is the hold up now cos the truck is gone. they told us there's only two ppl working in side the bank.

even two weeks back after I waited two hours in the line. when it was my turn to enter the bank o was told the system is down and they don't know when it'll be back. also they not professional it's like they making us a favour by coming to the bank.
