Poor service

<p>We installed VOIP system through NBS telecoms about a year ago. Poor call quality, which true to form was blamed on ADSL lines. Multiple installation issues. Today had another telecom company to give opinion on installation but needed passwords to log into system. This was requested from NBS Telecoms but they refuse to release these passwords. Phoned Fred the CEO - extreme arrogance to paying customer. </p> <p>Warning - do not do business with these people - after sales service very poor. </p>
