Passing the Buck

We have reported problems for the past 2 months regarding our telephone system and we are being told it is a Telkom problem. Telkom tested the lines 3 times on 3 different occasions and found no problem. Please sort out my telephone system. I have left numerous messages for Collin to call me but he never does. I am absolutely amazed that this is how paying customers are treated.
