Enough is Enough
Skankane Transport (a Nelspruit based company)installed a VOIP telecoms system from NBS Telcoms in Feb/ March 2014.From the very start we had trouble with the telephone system they installed. The installation itself was done poorly and after a lot of phone calls it was sorted out. The voice quality of the system was very poor and they blamed Telkom from the very start. We upgraded to a 10meg line, we called out Telkom but with no success as the line was fine. They have called in \engineers"to solve the problem with no success. Between very bad lines and customers having to insert a pin to contact us we have to once again upgrade to another Telkom option. NBS tells us that the problem lies with Telkom's Nelspruit offices. They spend hours on Teamviewer to change the settings of the switchboard for it only to work for a couple of hours..then back to square 1. Please take your system and send it back to wherever you got it from. We will never make use of you again. We are not interested in further excuses or engineers or Teamviewer log ins."""
We are so sorry to hear that you have to log Hello Peter when we are availabe and have been liasing with you all this time. The installtion was rectified with a new techncian who redid the installation to the clients satisfaction. The voice quality was due to poor inetenet speed and ISP and once the client upgraged the quality was resolved and the settings were apted on the digital PABX to accomodate the analgoue Telkom line which took us quite a while to get right. There are no quality issues at the moment which have been logged with our service desk. The client did log a call today to say that they are battling to receive incoming calls which has been logged and we are following up with Telkom.
