Still waiting to be contacted back after a month of waiting....!!?

I have finally received a debit card I have been waiting for for 6 months a couple of weeks ago, but you haven't contacted to authorise it's use yet even though I sent you a message (via this site)ver 2 weeks ago mentioning the problem and haven't heard back from you? I was speaking to Becky Ryan who was reduced to tears by your inefficiencies and then was speaking to Beverley Green from whom I haven't heard in more than 2 weeks?! My lawyers are tyring to get me to take you to court. Is that the only way I will receive a response to your query?</p>
