Loan canceled

I app**** for a loan with the company. They said i must pay R1985 then they will send the contract. After i paid it they send the contract and said i must pay a further R4820. I informed them immediately that I do not wish to continue with the loan and i want my R1985 back. They refuse to pay my money back. I canceled the deal within 5 days. Please help me solve this issue.
