Nattelcoms

These people contacted me at work. So for the promise they made to save some money on the internet and telkom per month. We signed a contract for an amount of R1500,00 per month. (This was in Feruary 2020.) I still have no internet. I phone them at least once a week to the Head office in Capetown or i phone the Cell pone nrs that they gave me. Beavan is supposed to be the Manager there, he does not even attempt to call you back. Till thus far i have paid double to what i normally would have paid . Sent an email as they requested to the accounts person and they have not even had the decency to send me an email back or contact me back. THIS IS A BIG PROBLEM!!! In the time i have phoned them from February to now i think that the receptionist has been replaced 3 or 4 times.
