The government is letting SOUTH Africans down through there grant funding scheme that we can't even access

I've been to 3 Nyda branches in gauteng Old JSE building jhb, Maponya Branch and the woodmead head office app**** at all and 4 months later I'm still waiting for a response, not a messege not a call not even an email to say we've received your application and it's being processed, I've called all 3 branches to try inquire about my application and the branch managers are never at the office or never available, and the person dealing with the calls is clueless about what's going on, Ive app**** in May 2018 and September 2018 still no response so I decide to call the head office again to find out what's going on the lady repeatedly puts the phone down in my ear, saying "call the branch you app**** at" so that's what I did I called the branchs as per normal the branch managers were not available the lady that answered the phone then told me "there's a backlog in applications and she can't tell me how long it's gonna take.......
