RUDE AND UNHELPFUL ATTITUDE

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I would kindly like to place a complaint regarding one of NYDA’s officials.</p> <p> </p> <p>I made a call today to the NYDA on date: 16 February 2017 Time: 13:42</p> <p> </p> <p>I introduced myself as Duncan Masotla to Palesa a Management workshop facilitator at the NYDA Pretoria Branch</p> <p> </p> <p>I kindly asked Palesa to assist me with information on how I can receive my certificate of the management workshop, which I attend around March in 2015.</p> <p> </p> <p>I politely tried to explain to Palesa the reason why I had taken so long to collect the certificate.</p> <p> </p> <p>Palesa harshly told me that an institution as big as the NYDA does have space to keep a mere certificate for an individual.</p> <p> </p> <p>She then went on to ask me if I know how long it would take for her to find the certificate if she had to look for it.</p> <p> </p> <p>She then told me that the NYDA shreds uncollected certificates and therefor I should take another week off to attend a cause I have once attend</p> <p> </p> <p>I feel she was very rude, unprofessional and unhelpful in the way she addressed my enquiry</p> <p> </p> <p>I have attended a few conferences whereby the CEO of the NYDA was present, and he referred Young people to the NYDA, painting it as an institution established by the Government to help/empower the youth of South Africa</p> <p> </p> <p>But the kind of attitude we receive at this institution paint a completely different story.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like assistance with the kind of service I received from Palesa and for my complaint to be taken into consideration.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind Regards</p> <p>Duncan Masotla</p>
