Over due salaries

<p>I joined the agency in August with NGO sinka uthando and i signed a contract stating all the necessary articles a contract should have except when it came to the section of the payments. We were told we would receive our salary for august at the end of September,we still did not receive anything. We were then told in November we will be compensated for the last 3 months we worked, when November came we only received payment for August and September not October. When i queried this NYDA sent out an email saying we would get paid 1 week before Christmas ,that week passed then my co worker advised me that she had being notified by Director of the company stating that there was an email sent out saying that we would get paid on Christmas eve. It is now January in the new year and we still have not been paid , on the 9/01 i was informed that on the 13/01 we would receive payment for October and November but not December due to the other NGO not submitting their registers for December. What does the other NGOs have to do with us ,we worked so hard all this time and haven't been paid . It's supposed to be about empowering the youth and giving them opportunities to better themselves, but because we are young they are taking advantage of us. I seriously think that this agency should be audited for this kind of ********* and unprofessional behaviour it is absolutely disgusting to know that this is how the future of the nation gets treated when they try to make something of their lives and take responsibility. </p>
