Amazing environment

I have been in Contact with the Lady called Sandiswa Mangxolo at East London NYDA office. I am applying for the fund of the business and she hasn't been only welcoming and being nice, she went extra mile to explain to me Tue NYDA services offered and as well as options available to me. She further advised me on certain things in the business I want to open and I was uplifted and got more courage to pursue my business. We need such people in such level of organisation because others are not motivated and take the frustrations out on us and they won't even advice us on the way forward. She's been very helpful and bare in mind it was my first time there, I must say the entire staff there was all happy even a cleaning lady was all smiles. Its nice to see such vibe in the office.
