Unacceptable service

It saddens me to write this review. I don't believe in posting complaints on an open platform. However, I am terribly disappointed in this company and it's service. I have lodged a problem months ago, was reverted to contact the person assigned to my account. For months my line hasn't been working and no one answers any communication (email or phone call). Absolutely NO feedback at all. Is this a ghost company? I have given this matter attention for more than three months without success. Cancelling my debit orders today.
