National Telcoms - Dont touch them -

<div>This company totally misrepresents what they are selling you. Took out a telephone and CCTV for my business and fibre for home. Found out that they app**** for finance on my behalf through sasfin!! Gary the salesman comes across as very friendly and trustowrthy but meeanwhile he is duping you and not telling you what you are signing for. So national telcoms have 60,000.00 and im istting with the debt plus interest for the next 5 years. They just shove papers under your nose and tell you to sign all the while smiling. I was told i would pay R1500 per month, ive been debited more than double that . On enquiring found out that i have debt with sasfin! Then my home fibre is also with another service provider called sonic telecoms. Also being debited for more than the R700 we used to pay telkom with adsl . With them we dont even have a landline number and then we are supposed to have uncapped 20mb but apparently we use 200gb in 8 days (while nobody is home during the day too i might add except the domestic. The so called wanna be Director Dale is as arrogant and rude and the attitude is do what you want. YOU SIGNED Total misrepresentation and i believe we were ****med Not to mention that we are paying telkom as well as mweb still in conjuction with this .We were told they would cancel it ... I will be laying a complaint of misrepresentation with the consumer commission thats for sure. </div>
