Why bother going to private health care if your going to get such bad service

<p>With the exorbitant prices we pay for private health care services, surely you have the right to expect some level of service from these people? I mean I understand there are priority patients but surely you have more than one person servicing your PRIVATE PAYING HEALTH CARE MEMBERS. So instead of people waiting for hours for an xray after an accident over a weekend, they can get what they need and move on. I mean we have been waiting here for over an hour while the lone staff member assists a critical head injury patient. Absolutely no problem there. Where are the rest of the staff? Why on a Saturday night is a private facility so incredibly short staffed? Yet I guarantee they will not hesitate to charge for their services. What service I ask you? What facility? Why bother opening a facility when you have barely skeleton staff on duty? I very seldom complain but when I know I am paying through the nose for a service I am not getting....My sense of humour and patience goes out the window completely. </p>
