WITHDRAWL A JOKE

Been trying to withdraw my money for 2 years without success. Everytime a different excuse. Thought it would be easy as it is closing. But looks like they don't want to pay you out. How can the site be under maintenance on the last day you have to withdraw your money. Been trying for 2 weeks and no hope
