I cant access my account I'm not receiving otp
Ithuba Lottery - Unable to reset password to access Ithuba Lottery website I'm trying to access my account but I have had no success in doing so. I tried to reset my password but this does not work, when trying to reset and enter my new password I receive an error message stating "sequence contains no elements" after this message the only action I can perform is request a new OTP and that is where your system gets stuck! Can you resolve the issue with my Ithuba lottery profile

NO ROL***** OF R172million YET NO ONE WON!! LEGALIZED LOOTING
This new Sizekhaya lottery is full of horse ****!! It is such bull****. No one won the R172 million Rands yet the amount did not roll over??? What a bunch of ****. So, things did not get better. The **** costs twice as much and the fleecing and looting just got worse!! Disgusting

Repeating numbers on ABSA app
I played Lotto and PowerBall over the last two weekends using the Quick Pick option. On both occasions, when I checked my ticket numbers against the results, I noticed that some numbers appeared to be repeating. I purchase my tickets through the ABSA banking app. However, when I view my ticket details and compare them with the results, it seems that one of the numbers disappears and another number is duplicated. This makes it difficult to verify whether the ticket numbers displayed are correct. Could you please investigate or explain why this is happening? These are the first instances of this occurring and I never experienced this issue when Ithuba was overseeing the ops.

Good afternoon. Where can I check my tickets played before the 1st of June 2026 . They are valid for 12 months,. The new machines can't scan them. The website is changed, there is nowhere to get historical results like before. Please assist.
