Withdrawal

I made a withdrawal on 20 April 2022, it was transferred back into my wallet, made 3 more after that they keep rejecting it, I phoned their call center they created a ticket informed me that it was directed to their finance department, the ticket has been closed still nothing, frustrated with national lottery!
