Very bad and disgusting service rfom Ithuba Lottery

On the 19th May 2021 at around 01h00 I deposited R300 in the account for me to be able to bet. I spoke to several people every second day from 22nd to date, however, the money is still not visible. I even sent them proof of payment on 22 May 2021. May I please get helped, a bad service I have ever experienced. I spoke to Mr Motaung, one supervisor, and Daniel the supervisor, who still has been of no help
