Verification code not received. Unfair pricing and lotto Odds of winning increased just money-making ?

VERIFICATION CODE not received. I tried 2 cellphone numbers on my dualsim phone. Contacted their CALL CENTRE but was told that "IT IS WORKING ON THE PROBLEM". They had months to test and sort this out. I suggested adding the option to receive via email.

How can they justify DOUBLING THE POWERBALL COST ? Isn't staring that payouts are better is untrue as its about fleecing the public ?

How can the numbers for lotto be increased without public approval ? Isn't this ******* because it greatly reduces our chances of winning while increasing profits ? The lotto numbers SHOULD BE REDUCED to allow more frequent wins, even if the jackpot amounts are a few millions only.
