Unfair treatment

his seems to be common complaint about Ithuba National Lottery. I tried to transfer R200.00 into my 'wallet' from the iphone app National Lottery via Absa Bank it is still sitting with Paytronix and has still not appeared in my account. More annoying and worrying is that Ithuba does not respond to messages and mails, which also leaves me wondering if there is incompetence and/or ***** involved. ve the same problem
