unallocated funds

I deposited money into my lotto account on 31st December and to date I it has not been allocated to my wallet. I thought because of the holidays it night get allocated on the 2nd. On 2 Jan I made another deposit and thought that all the amounts will be allocated and I'm still waiting. I sent Ithuba national lottery an email but the money is still not allocated to my account. This has happened before where I deposited money and it was not allocated and I let it go but I'm not letting this one go. This is now rediculous
