Tribe warrior

Yesterday I played Tribe Warrior (Game)Eaziwin)and i was winning and some money been deposited into the account but realised some are not then decided to play and write down the transcation numbers Down.I have been calling and sending emails but no help,the customer service the rudess people I have never met .some telling me yesterday that there was a system glitch.Today iam told by and agent called Katlego this is out of my hands and it needs supervisor. I was told to send emails with everything, today iam asked for everything from the start. The service is really pathentic, when have online games if we cannot be assisted proper.

Some agents even saying I must wait for 72 hours or 48 hours maybe it will appear.
