Repeating numbers on ABSA app

I played Lotto and PowerBall over the last two weekends using the Quick Pick option. On both occasions, when I checked my ticket numbers against the results, I noticed that some numbers appeared to be repeating. I purchase my tickets through the ABSA banking app. However, when I view my ticket details and compare them with the results, it seems that one of the numbers disappears and another number is duplicated. This makes it difficult to verify whether the ticket numbers displayed are correct. Could you please investigate or explain why this is happening?

These are the first instances of this occurring and I never experienced this issue when Ithuba was overseeing the ops.
