No Ticket , no chance

This is to state that the national lotto machines at Pick n pay ladysmith kzn , AND checkers ( the square centre ) ladysmith kzn , are constantly off- line !. Mostly unable to confirm winning tickets, cannot play own chosen numbers . Sometimes they are only able to process quick pick tickets ! And regularly completely off line . So much for customer service ! I know that both centres are serviced by an agent from Newcastle. But totally unacceptable !!! Even rating 1 star is bonus
