National Lotto Website charging for SMS - Watch out - don't play online.

Paid via their website R 60 for my tickets that they imputed via uPay and my account only gets credited with 59.66, opperator on their phone line says there is a charge for SMS notification. Why would I need a notification, I just did it via my phone with Nedbank Aprove-IT. No where on their site, and I checked twice does it mention this. If they have to do this it must be incl in the amount over and above the tickets, so now I've had to buy one less ticket. This is ridiculous, and who even charges for SMS's anymore. *****S !!
