National Lottery deposits dont reflect!

Don't utilise the National Lottery mobile application. When depositing monies, the monies don't always reflect and when they don't the onus is you to proof you have made payment via a POP. They won't accept your bank statement showing the payment nor are they prepared to check their bank statement. Service is disgusting. Best keep your money in your pocket and don't play the National Lottery at all.
