National lottery board rigged for sure

Many people I talk to and my self think that the lottery/Powerball is rigged to support the government only. Since it's all computerised it's not a trusted source as a winner will never be revealed and never hear of this person. Secondly, man builds computers and therefore the computer can only do what man tells it to do, no computer has its own mind. So my believe is that Lottery/Powerball is rigged by man made computers.
