Missing funds

The other day I wrote a bad review regarding Lottostar till today they have not responded. Today I am writing one about Ithuba. On the 15th of June I transferred R30.00 from my Capitec bank account to Lottostar, till today the funds are not reflecting in thier app. On the 21st of June I transferred R20.00 into Ithuba,s app.

Can transffers take so long. How do I claim these funds back after so many days. Are they ****s or what, is this how they work in order to make money. Will they please respond with positive info.
