Lotto - Ithuba Lottery Customer Care less centre.

After creating an online account early in April. I made my deposit on the 20 Apr 2016 so I may play Online. Unfortunately, i mispelled my refference number. When I noticed this error, I contacted the Lotto - Ithuba Lottery Customer Care less centre. They asked me to provide them with proof fof payment... I sent this thorough and 2 weeks later their *** depaartment hasnt been able to credit my account. Their call centre agents always sound confused and never offer any solutions... Sooo not impressive.
