Losing money through the Lotto App

Today is the socond time that I am losing money through the National lottery App whereby I would transfer money to my online account using the EFTPRO and the payment confirmation is received but not credited in to my account. In January 22, 2019 - I deposited R100 and it didn't reflect. I sent the banking statement as a proof of payment through several emails and till day the money hasn't been credited.

Today again I deposited R66 through the same EFTPRO got the confirmation but not credited into my account. I'm very disappointed that I keep losing money and ithuba does nothing.
