Ithuba/National Lottery a bunch of *********** fools

Ithuba and National Lottery consultants are a bunch of *********** fools. Without any prior notification to customers, they decided to implement FICA documentation requirements. I submitted my documentation and they rejected my proof of address. Their consultant, Knowledge Tsherendza, confirmed on 15/12/2022 that my proof was correct, but later in the day I get an email informing me my proof is not the same as what I had initially submitted. They did not properly read the proof of address which shows both my Stand and ERF numbers. Now I am locked out of the account. What a bunch of *********** fools..!
