Inactive status

I could not log into my account today. It said "status inactive" so i emailed them and they rep**** few hours later saying there was funds alocated in my account by error so their fixing that issue then afterwards will reactivate my account. So im waiting for that. I give the a 5 star for the fast response every time i write to them.
