Id like to give a rating for the national lottery

Id like to give a rating for the national lottery. Ive sent them emails about deposits ive made but still not credited. One was made about 3months ago from my husband's account and I was not credited. After an email was sent to them they advised that they are still investigating and thr have not come back to me since. On the 30th of June I sent another email with yet another proof of payment but no one has come back to me since then. Their service is pathetic and lousy, they are just happy making money off people.
