Dissatisfied and dissappointed

National lottery online(Ithuba) ****med me, my R100. In the 28 February I deposited R100 into lottery's fnb account for my ewallet online, till today it's not reflecting on my online profile. I called several times enquiring about it only to be told ti send proof if payment I have done so to no avail. I even sent them my bank statement showing the transaction , I guess it's my loss, but I'm very disappointed.
