Delayed deposit and annoying app
Deposited money a day ago and still not reflecting. Usually it takes less than 2 hours.
Also, the mobile app does not retain the login cellphone number. Annoying timeout messages get displayed (the next day or hours after not used) instead of the login screen.
Various requests have been made but NO IMPROVEMENTs forthcoming. The IT DIRECTOR needs to be replaced?

10 Jan 2020, 16:16Still no deposit reflecting after 3 days. Contacted National lottery and deposit Dept at ithuba but I only get email communication but no resolution.
